EVHS Girls Basketball Summer Training 2017

Sport specific athletes only have a limited time to work with their team coaches. Off-season and in-season strength training and core conditioning is essential in an athletes increased success, but often overlooked due to a teams time constraints and accommodations.


CrossFit Templar is a core strength and conditioning program designed for the sport specific athlete looking for an edge over the competition. Classes combine weightlifting, body weight movements, plyometrics, running and rowing in a constantly varied, highly intense workout. Our goal is to improve the athlete’s strength and endurance as well as focus and perseverance.

In a small group setting, CrossFit Templar will help the committed athlete to:
Run Faster
Improve Overall Endurance (working anaerobically)
Jump Higher
Reduce Injuries
Get Stronger
Increase Mental Toughness

Initial fee for this program will be $10.  EVHS Boosters is planning to cover some of the players cost.  The program is priced at $175.  Athletes/Parents will be informed of the cost of the second payment before it is processed.
