CrossFit Templar Teen is a core strength and conditioning program designed for the teenage athlete looking for an edge over the competition and striving for a healthy fitness level. Classes combine weightlifting, body weight movements, plyometrics, running and rowing in a constantly varied, highly intense class. Our goal is to improve the athlete’s strength and endurance, as well as focus and perseverance.
In a small group setting, CrossFit Templar will help your committed athlete to:

Examples of Skills Covered: Should Press, Push Press, Front Squat, Back Squat, Overhead Squat, Deadlift, Sumo Deadlift High-Pull, Cleans, Snatches, Kettlebells, Pull-ups, Dips, Push-ups, Air Squats, Rowing, Handstand Push-ups, Wallballs, Jumps, Rope Climbs, Rowing
