What can CrossFit Templar do for the Cross Country Runner…
Since running is a linear, repetitive movement that continually involves the same muscle groups, it can cause an imbalance in the rest of the body. Our focus will be the entire athlete, head to toe, including those already strong legs. Addressing full body strength can decrease possible future injury, prevent the dreaded running plateaus and can also build an athletes mental toughness.
Sample Class:
Warm-up (10 minutes)
Lifting (15 minutes)
Workout (20 minutes)
Core Work (10 minutes)
Stretching (5 minutes)
