Making Fitness FUN this summer!

Kids Camp Crew
CrossFit Kids strives to create a foundation of fitness that helps kids move more efficiently and effectively in their body and sport.  The summer camp will cover a broad range of skills incorporating body weight movements, plyometrics and gymnastics movements essential for everyday life at the playground and on the game field.

Camp Coaches:  CrossFit Kids Summer Camp is taught by two CrossFit Kids Certified Coaches.  Both coaches are Minnesota Licensed Educators, with more than 30+ years of teaching and coaching experience between the two of them.
