CrossFit Templar’s Summer Program will consist of intense strength and conditioning for motivated high school athletes. The program is designed to build a solid base of strength, speed and agility, improved explosiveness, athleticism, and confidence. Through basic barbell work to Olympic style weightlifting, body weight exercises and plyometrics, along with speed, agility & quickness drills, athletes will be well prepared physically and mentally for their next competitive season.

Wednesdays: Teen Lifting 10:30AM-11:15AM & Teen WOD 11:15AM-12:00PM
Thursdays: Teen WOD 11:15AM-12:00PM
*Teen classes that have lifting prior DO NOT cost extra. Athletes may choose to Lift or just WOD (workout of the day) OR do BOTH for the same price.
SPECIAL SUMMER PACKAGES (registration)
Packages are based on June 15th – September 3rd, 2020. Sessions do not have to be used on a weekly basis, athletes have the entire 12 weeks to use purchased sessions as desired with any combination of scheduled Teen classes.

All CrossFit Teens classes are taught by coaches with certifications as: CrossFit Coaches, CrossFit Kids Coaches, Olympic Weightlifting Coaches, as well as a variety of other certifications.
