CrossFit Templar Tween introduces more dynamic movements to the young athlete. Classes will focus on mastering body weight movements, introducing more advanced gymnastic movements as well as focusing on form for weightlifting. There will be an emphasis on mental toughness and teamwork, creating a supportive hardworking environment for athletes to succeed. In result we prepare the Tweens for the skills and the intensity present in the Teens program.
